I love that the course is self-paced that it was broken up into sections. It really gave me opportunities to reflect on myself. I really enjoyed the course. Thank you!

This course was really useful and eye-opening for me. It will be helpful with my students, colleagues, and every day life. I need to take the time for mindful breathing.

1 - What movie did you watch? Monsters University 2 - Who was the main character and what was their objective? Mike's objective was to graduate from Monsters University and become a Scarer. 3 - What obstacles did they have to overcome? No one believed that he was scary enough to become a Scarer, including the Dean. 4 - What were some of the specific tactics used to overcome the obstacles? Mike practiced all of the scare tacics and practiced everyday. He joined Usma Kappa and the Scare Games to prove that he can be a Scarer. 5 - What were 3 supporting characters and their objectives? Sulley's objective was to get back into the Scare program. Randall's character wanted to be a part of the best fraternity and the "cool" crowd. Don's objective was to be a part of the Scare program after his work as a salesman didn't work out.
